Case Study
TEASOL Exchange: an AI-powered 5G network and slice exchange platform
We designed and built the teasol.com website and the interactive TEASOL Exchange product demo, delivered for Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, the world's largest telecoms event.
A walkthrough of the TEASOL Exchange demo we built: operators create capacity requests from network-slice templates, match with providers, and manage contracts.
Teasol is building a genuinely new idea in telecoms: a marketplace where operators dynamically share and trade network capacity and 5G slices. Selling that idea needed more than a pitch.
Dynamic network and slice sharing between operators is an unfamiliar concept. A technical MWC audience needed to grasp the value in seconds, not wade through architecture diagrams.
Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is the largest gathering in the industry. Teasol needed a stand experience and brand presence that held its own next to global vendors.
As an emerging venture, Teasol needed a professional web presence and collateral that made an early-stage platform feel real, trustworthy, and ready for serious conversations.
A complete digital presence and a working, clickable demo that turns an abstract idea into something a visitor can explore and understand at a glance.
We designed and built the full Teasol website from the ground up: brand, messaging, solution pages, and a blog explaining network sharing and 5G slicing for a technical audience.
An interactive product experience that lets a visitor step into the platform: browse the marketplace, manage contracts, watch a digital twin, and ask an AI assistant about the network.
We shaped the demo around four scenarios, so any visitor could see the platform in their own context.
Mobile network operators monetise spare capacity and fill gaps by trading slices on demand.
Virtual operators source the exact capacity and service tiers they need, when they need them.
Shared infrastructure providers offer coverage to multiple operators through one exchange.
Enterprises and venues provision dedicated, SLA-backed slices for their own operations.
The team demonstrated TEASOL Exchange on the stand at Mobile World Congress 2026, walking operators through live slice matching, contracts, and the AI assistant.
A full go-to-market package, built and ready for the biggest stage in telecoms.
