GIS Analytics was founded in London with a simple conviction: the best AI work happens when engineers care about what they are building. We did not want to build another consultancy that churns through projects. We wanted a company where every person on the team understands the problem, owns the solution, and stays until it works in production.
That conviction shaped who we chose to work with. Odine needed an ML platform that would run entirely on-premise — no data leaving their firewall, no shortcuts. We built it. Monay wanted to bring AI-powered financial coaching to 150,000 people in Turkey — in under a month. We shipped it. Imperial College London and UCL needed data engineering they could trust for research that matters. We delivered it.
Today we are a small, focused team of engineers who work across the full stack — data pipelines, ML models, cloud infrastructure, and frontend. We send our people to the Oxford ML Summer School. We ride Forest bikes to the office. We clean up the canal behind our Islington workspace on weekends.
We are not trying to be the biggest AI company. We are trying to be the one you actually want to work with.
